It should come as no surprise that during challenging times consumers and businesses alike must exercise even greater care and discretion when making purchasing decisions.

Luxury items should obviously take a backseat while absolute essentials step front and center.

However, even as consumers and businesses focus on the essentials, they still must make every dollar count. This often requires shopping around and possibly waiting for the best deals/offers and negotiating prices to stretch that dollar even further.
